Are the iPhones brand new?

Yes. All iPhones are brand new. They're briefly powered on only for the customization process, then switched off again. Each device comes with its original IMEI box.

What does "customized" mean?

We customize the back cover with a premium design or finish. The inside of the iPhone stays 100% original.

Does customization affect performance?

No. Performance, camera, software updates, and usability are exactly the same. It's an original iPhone, just with a unique back.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. You get a 24-month warranty covering technical defects.

How long do production and shipping take?

Production takes 4 to 7 business days. Shipping with DHL Express usually takes 1 to 3 business days.

Can I return or exchange it?

Since each iPhone is custom-made, returns are only accepted if it arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours.

Can I cancel my customized order?

Yes. You can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it. After 12 hours, cancellation is no longer possible because we begin preparing the device by opening the box and starting the customization process.

Is the design durable?

Yes, but like any premium finish, care matters. We recommend using a transparent case to keep it looking new.

Does it come with the original box and accessories?

Yes. You'll receive a custom Coolmix box made in your chosen color, the original Apple box with matching IMEI, and the Apple USB-C charging cable.

Are the iPhones unlocked?

Yes. All devices are fully unlocked and work with any carrier worldwide.
